Grateful, your butternut squash stuffed with raisins and almonds sounds yummy. Would be a great recipe to use for my SAD family members at a Thanksgiving Feast. I do have one question. Any particular spices in your recipe?

:)

D - baked potato; leftover soup; steamed veggies
S - popcorn and raisins

Hi, Doris. I don't have a recipe. I usually put in either some raisins, goji berries, or dried cranberries (all of which, if sweetened, are sweetened with fruit juice). And also maybe unsweetened crushed pineapple or apple chunks. I use whatever spices I have on hand. Usually pumpkin pie mix, or cinnamon and nutmeg.
