Left Wed. a.m. for quickie trip without computer...now it's Fri., and I no longer remember what I ate Wed. and Thurs.

Breakfast: Groats cooked in a rice cooker overnight for breakfast, sweetened with a pinch of stevia and cinnamon. And a banana.

Lunch: Giant spinach salad with sliced strawberries and TJ's fat-free balsamic vinaigrette. Brown rice. Also have carrots and an apple packed for late afternoon snacks.

Dinner: Will probably chop up and microwave a couple of sweet potatoes spiced with cinnamon and finish the leftover rice. Also a fresh-picked salad from our garden with a few blueberries added.

B - oatmeal w/ almond milk & blueberries, coffee w/ soy milk

L - last bit of leftovers of mashed potatoes and nofu loaf

S - 4 saltines with some FF hummus

D - nuked sweet potato topped with FF re-fried beans, lettuce, tomato and salsa

S - 1 kiwi & 1 mango

B: oatmeal with raisins, blueberries and soya milk.

L: leftover pasta bake, corn, broccoli and a peanut brittle bar.

T: vegable casserole with tomatoes, cannelini beans, aubergine, courgette, onions and peppers and some savoury quinoa.
