B- Rip Esselstyn's big bowl with Whole O's cereal, almond milk.

S- Crackers, coffee substitute

L- Rice with frozen veggies, iced tea

S- Crackers, coffee substitute

D-Mashed potatoes, kale

Lunch/Dinner...onions, potatoes, kale and garlic steamed in veggie broth...

B-1 cup Quinoa/Chia Pudding with 100 g blueberries
1 cup Coffee

L-Oops didnt eat.

Grazed on-2 Medjool dates, a handful of strawberries

D-Chili
Baby spinach, shredded carrots, english cucumber with blended strawberries, red wine vinegar and parsley

B- toasted cinnamon raisin bread with spreadable fruit
L- tortilla with hummus and salsa
D- roasted tomatoes, yellow and green squash, onions, mushroom pizza
S-? maybe if and when hungry.... maybe pretzels with horseradish mustard or a fruit of some kind...
