My Saturday menu.. was pretty lite and repetitious of the day before. I had busy day. So early in the morning in prepping for the days to come, I tripled Jeff's Novick's basic bean burgers. I/3 I put in the freezer and the other 2/3s in the refrigerator for the week. I put them in slidder containers.

Breakfast.. skipped, not hungry in the morning.

Snack.. a couple of lychee.

Lunch.. Jook with greens. 3 sliders on a bed of lettuce.

Dinner.. Jook with greens. Fresh mango.

Aloha, patty
