I started a separate thread for myself since I intend to eat daily ( ) but will only post on that thread if/when I make signficant changes.

Would you rather posts your menus to certain days/dates or to your own thread? :?:

Please vote and share you comments!

Hello pinkrose

I think it's nice to be able to compare what everyone's eating on one thread.
It's great to get new meal ideas and recipes.

I'm glad you are eating every day! :D

I think it would be best in one thread so ones can see too what everyone else is eating instead of doing all that clicking to see another thread.

OK, so it seems that most like seeing what people are eating TODAY. I see. I suppose since most here actually COOK--instead of just microwave--you are interested in the culinary aspects of the food.

I see...but I will continue to eat my very simple meals and try not to get distracted by tasty treats! :-D

I love to cook. I read the blogs of several plant-based chefs and buy cookbooks. I like to see what others are eating and swap recipes. I love all the McDougall recipes and have tried many of them. Cooking is actually helping me stay on track. I usually eat simply for breakfast and lunch, but cook more elaborate meals for supper when my husband is home or when I entertain.

I like it all on one post so I can get ideas from others but SIMPLE foods are also ideas!!!! Sometimes that is just what I need or I need to be reminded that it doesn't have to be a big to do. :)

That's right. People don't have to cook to post here. It's a good place for newbies to get ideas. It might also be a good idea for people to post whether they are on the MWL plan or regular plan like some of us have done. I think the two parts of the McDougall program get confused a lot.
