I think it would be best in one thread so ones can see too what everyone else is eating instead of doing all that clicking to see another thread.OK, so it seems that most like seeing what people are eating TODAY.
I see. I suppose since most here actually COOK--instead of just microwave--you are interested in the culinary aspects of the food. I see...but I will continue to eat my very simple meals and try not to get distracted by tasty treats!
I love to cook. I read the blogs of several plant-based chefs and buy cookbooks. I like to see what others are eating and swap recipes. I love all the McDougall recipes and have tried many of them. Cooking is actually helping me stay on track. I usually eat simply for breakfast and lunch, but cook more elaborate meals for supper when my husband is home or when I entertain.
