Since I know many people on this board are concerned with issues of food regulation and labeling, I wanted to pass along this link, which discusses several disturbing food-related issues pending in Congress. It also has links to send comments to the appropriate government officials/agencies, so if these issues strike a chord with you, please take a moment to do so. (They have pre-written letters that you can either send as-is by just adding your name, or you can edit them to reflect your individual thoughts, so it takes very little time.)

Don't you hate when the government messes with our food supply and our right to know what we're eating?!

Thanks Stephanie I will pass it along, I hate how companies are allowed to hide things. We have a right to know what we are putting in our mouths.
