Thank you all very much for your ideas!
Although I love it I AM allergic to coconut oil and to aquafor (it was a base to a rub on hrt I used to use). I can use aloe vera gel and vegetable oils so that's a lovely idea if it works out for me.

I just very much appreciate dipping into this deep pool of experience and knowledge of my fellow Mcdougallers!
