For those that expressed interest in the Farms to Forks immersion that took place in Pescadero, CA this weekend here is the webpage with the complete schedule for both days. It was excellent and Rip Esselstyn and his staff did a good job with the whole event. Good food, great speakers and a lot of very interested people make for a lot of excitement and enthusiasm. Tom and I just left the Esselstyn farm, and the last immersion of 2012. It was a great time, and beautiful weather and good food. We got Dr Colin Campbell, Lindsay Nixon, and Rich Roll in addition to the Esselstyn clan and Jeff. It was very cool of them to let all of us invade their farm. Very fun.
