Sorry deleted first post. I was to quick to respond. I didn't see any potatoes in the recipes at first... Until I did a search. Yikes... The message if these recipes taste bland it is time for a fast.... Must have sunconsciouly set off a fear of loss of satiety. Looks like a great book to teak and stay true north. I am happy I downloaded the kindle editon.

Aloha, patty

Patty, there are potato recipes in it. If you click on "look inside this book" at the Amazon link and then go to the Index, you'll see several potato recipes listed. There are also two yam recipes. :)

I think I'm going to order this!

Patty, I couldn't find Bravo in Kindle edition. Am I missing something or what?

Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Bravo-ebook/dp/B0 ... ords=bravo

Sometimes when i do a search for kindle, the book won't come up, so now I just do a search for the book and the kindle edition will follow close behind.. but not listed in the format section of the paperback:) What is neat about this book is when another recipe is introduced in the recipe you are making.. it is hyper linked. I don't remember using that feature in some of my kindle cookbooks, if it is there.

This afternoon I am going to try the recipe for Pesto... it has just 3 tablespoons of toasted pine nuts.. and with the other ingredients.. basil, spinach, veggie broth.. garlic it seems like it will make a good baked potato topping. It says it will keep for 3 days refrigerated. I will probably cut the recipe in half as it also says a little goes a long way:)

Aloha, patty
