geo wrote:Thanks Jay! Thats exactly what I was looking for. I will be having a fasting blood glucose done (part of the metabolic panel). Since I last tested high on this and I want to get accurate results, I don't want it to be artificially low due to the exercise. So I'll just post-pone my exercise till after the tests.
