I would not use it.
One of the ingredients is oil. It's just a mixture of red and black pepper.

Do you think it adds enough fat/calories to matter? At what point are we straining at gnats?

I found a lot of spice mixes have oil in them and I won't buy them. Little things add up...that's how I think
Usually you can buy all the spices and mix them together during cooking, just the way you like it.

I imagine the oil is there as an anti-caking agent or some such. You could just buy a mix of peppercorns and a little plastic grinder. Fresh ground is more flavorful, anyway.
