I know a lot of us here are struggling with something hard, whether it is an illness or a food addiction or something else.

Anyway, just saw this video and found it inspiring, thought I'd share :) It is not about diet, but it is about someone taking steps themselves towards self-improvement, with spectacular results.

I saw this the other day! Was blown away! It is definitely one of the most inspirational videos I have ever seen! nicoles....good job sharing this for others to see!
