Soooo what do you all think is the optimal first food to consume in the morn, after all that 'fasting/sleeping?" My breakfast is usually apples... but now I am wondering if I should switch to taters or just raw carrots or jicama (starch)???

have fruit in the morn, or raw at least?? Easily absorbing 'sugar'??? But I was reading on here about the fruit and starch digesting and storing it differently so now I am wondering if I cut out fruit, maybe my tum~tum would go down even more?? Silly I know... I'm always trying
Is there a benefit to cutting out fruit ya think?? Anyone experience that??
I have been having fruit first thing in the morning for over a year now no fail, so this would be a big change for me
And I usually don't eat till around 11am, even though I wake up between 5-7am...I don't even desire fruit like I used to! It soooo weird!!
