I love this part from the comment section from Jeff:
"We do not need any new diet plans. We just need to understand the basic principles and guidelines of health, which when understand, result in a diet made up of most (if not all) unrefined, unprocessed (and/or minimally processed) fruits, veggies, starchy veggies, intact whole grains and legumes. And added sugars, salts and/or oils should be minimized if included at all. Call it whatever you like, but if the principles and guidelines are not focused on this, it will not be a healthy diet."
