You already know what to eat and what not to eat. That's step 1!! Step 2 is to find a quite place where you can sit and reflect on what you need to do next. Wait there until you've had an epiphany. If one doesn't come before you get hungry, eat a baked potato and continue waiting. It'll come to you, and if it doesn't, eat another baked potato and wait some more. I suggest you take lots of baked potatoes with you, because whatever you don't eat waiting for your epiphany you'll definitely eat afterwards!!
