All my non-stick pans stick and dull after a while. This looks interesting - has anyone ever tried this one?

I haven't used this particular one but I have two with ceramic coating and I absolutely love them.
I am still very leary of the other kind of coatings, like T-fal etc.

Thanks Mountain - Which ceramic pan do you have?

I read some of these reviews and am leery of this brand now.

Have had the Orgreenics intro fry pan for about 2 years. Lot of use, water sautée and also using it to bake in. Works great. Now has quite a few very fine visible scratches but that has not seemed to effect performance at all. Liked it enough that we got a second one that is still in the box, just in case...

I have one for a couple of months now and it's working out great. I either do a water sautee or dry sautee and I never have a problem.

I got the "Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri" at the same time that I started this WOE.

I thought that I could make potatoes without any oil or water. They do stick, though.

Water sauteeing does work fine. It's a good quality pan.

I'm not sure if it's possible to dry fry potatoes in any pan?

With all my brand new non stick pans I was able to dry fry hashbrowns no problems at all. But once they lose that non stick finish I could no longer do it and water turns them to mush.
