How many micrograms of B12 should we be taking daily? What about children? I read a scary article on LivingStrong's website about how B12 can be dangerous. I've been taking 1000 mcg daily. Is this too much? :D

4 to 6 micrograms a day. 1000mcg? Seems like overkill. I don't know if we can OD on the stuff.
