I cannot find anything regarding using xylitol as a sweetner rather than using the teaspoon of sugar here and there. I do tend to use about a tablespoon of xylitol at a time, over oats or sweet potatoes. I am following MWL at this time.
I may use 2 tablespoons a day at most. Isn't this better than cane sugars? No insulin response, plus there are dental benefits. Seems good... THANKS for addressing this...
Secondly, what about WALDEN FARMS products? I want to use their maple syrup and their russian salad dressings, which are amazing in taste for what they are. No fat, no oil, no sugar, etc. So they are allowed on MWL?
appreciate the time!!
