stoumi wrote:Wow! That is really all I can say. On October 30 I weighed myself at 216 pounds (I am 6 feet tall). Following the directions in Dr McDougall's book I have now dropped 26 pounds and weighed in last night at 190 pounds! It's been amazing to see the results in such a short period of time and best of all...I have never been hungry! Just had to share the my results and look forward to the rest of the journey. So far I am very pleased with the changes I have made for myself and my health.
