Can you please tell us when The Starch Solution will be released? I searched on amazon and couldn't find it (they usually list books months before they are published).

Thanks. I could watch the videos by you all ( Esselstyn, Fuhrman, Novik) every day. I learn something valuable every time.

Although it's redundant, I have to add my thanks for this talk. The McDougall plan has totally changed my life! The talk presented me with more ammunition (information) for people who want to know how I've done it, and then glaze over and/or start to argue when I tell them it's a starch-based diet. I have not yet had the need to see a doctor in the past year, but I may have a checkup in the next few months, and I need to be ready with answers to the questions and objections I may get!

I heard about the video.

I came, I saw, I want the book.

What a rational, complete, and persuasive argument to adopt a starch-based diet. I love that you have such a simple solution, that you do not encourage people to supplement (in fact, you dissuade them), and that you do not fight the human desire to eat enough (in accordance with hunger), enjoyable (starchy comfort) food.

Many other doctors try to micro-manage our diets, scare us into supplements, and tell us to fight our urge to eat as much food as we want. I love that you show us the science that enables us to eat freely, anxiety-free, and to be satisfied with health-promoting foods without concern. Many, many thanks for all your excellent work!!
