Thanks for the link; that was very interesting. I've actually got a wobble board thingy somewhere in the house. I will dig it out and start playing with it. What a fascinating idea to think about.

I had a wobble board.. but because I am blind in one eye, my balance isn't that great. My daughter took it for her sons, it seems one of their instructors uses one to keep them in place:)
I do have a Jaclean Vibration machine that I purchased with the idea of the body schema. I have to make sure I have perfect posture when using as it can throw something off. It is supposed to be like walking 80 minutes in 10. With my sight it is not safe for me to walk for exercise.. as I have no depth perception. I had forgotten my original intent and will use it to spiral out my dueling mind maps.. when ending cycles of past trauma events come up.
It was interesting about "Waking the Tiger" connects the story of the woman who was traumatized in the past by being belted down, having her tonsils out. In reliving the memory she shakes off the energy like the impala who is captured by a cheetah and somehow escapes the cheetah's grasp, when safe shakes off the energy.
In working in health care I am very much aware of how mirrors are used with the dueling mind maps to trick the mind that the affected side of a stroke victim is like the unaffected.
Mahalo again for posting your pictures:) recovery is Great!
Aloha, patty shaking herself into back into her slimmer body schema:)
